Defects in the AICDA gene are the cause of autosomal recessive hyper-IgM immunodeficiency syndrome type 2 (HIGM2). | |

| AICDA antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Recommended starting dilution is 1:500. | |
