EXOSC7 takes part is several pathways such as transfer to a nascent protein and Unfolded Protein Response and Biosynthesis of the N-glycan precursor (dolichol lipid-linked oligosaccharide, LLO). A significant paralog of this gene is EXOSC9. | |
