The F-BAR family of proteins contains an N-terminal, alpha-helical, region which is hydrophobic and related to the Bin Amphiphysin Rvs (BAR) protein family. TRIP10 is vital for the coordination of membrane tubulation with Actin cytoskeletal reorganization during endocytosis. | |
